Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

Turn around time (TAT) will be 7 business days. That is the manufacturing & handling time for us to prepare your product, and put it in the mail. Some items are ready to ship, and may be put in the mail sooner, depending on other orders ahead of yours.

If you have a custom order, (TAT) will be up to 21 business days. 

After that, it depends on how long the USPS takes to get your package to you. Sometimes the USPS is quick, sometimes it is slow.

Shipping is $5.99 flat on orders within the U.S.

Shipping is free on orders over $100 within the U.S.

First class mail will be used on packages within the U.S. weighing 15 oz or less.

Priority mail will be used on packages within the U.S. weighing 16 oz or more.

If an item arrives damaged, please save all packaging and all items. We will need pictures of all items. We need to know within 48 hours if there are any issues.
