Refund policy

Returns/Refunds:


1.) Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of making the order. PayPal does not refund us fees paid on cancelled orders, so please try not to cancel unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Cancellations are not accepted on orders that have already shipped.



2.) Please make sure you order correctly before sending it through.

If you need help ordering, or with sizing, please email us before ordering.


If you have already ordered, and would like to order additional items, select “local pick up”, and we can add it onto your first order.



3.) Exchanges, or returns.

If you need to do a return, or an exchange, it needs to be initiated within 48 hours of receiving an item.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges.



4.) If there is a mistake on our end, and you receive a wrong item, we will fix it.

Differences in opinion of color, or failing to read the disclosures/disclaimers in the listing, do not fall under this.



Within 90 days, we will fix, or replace:

If a jewelry item has a manufacturers defect, please let us know asap so that we can fix it.

With normal use: within 90 days, if a jewelry item breaks, we will fix it, or replace it. We will need pictures. Thank you.
